REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registrations will not be processed without full payment in U.S. dollars only. Registrations may be accepted on-site if space is available.
Confirmations
Confirmations will be sent shortly after the receipt of the registration.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations for conference registration must be postmarked by Friday, September 7, 2012 in order to receive a 100% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations sent after Friday, September 7, 2012. Registrations made after Friday, September 7, 2012 are not eligible for a refund. Registrants are responsible for the cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
Substitutions
All requests for substitutions must be made in writing. Additional fees may be required based on the replacement's ARTS membership status. No pre-registration substitutions will be accepted postmarked after Friday, September 7, 2012. Late substitutions will be processed on-site.
